Businesses in most residents' priority parking scheme (ResPark) zones can apply for a business parking permit.
The permit can be used by any member of staff or visitor who has to use their vehicle for business purposes and who needs to be able to park their vehicle close to their place of work.
The standard business parking permit is a digital permit and can only be issued to a business with a valid email address. No physical permit will be issued.
The standard business parking permit is vehicle specific.
Business parking permits for holiday lets
Business parking permits can also be issued to premises which operate as holiday lets, or as Airbnbs. Please note: only one permit is available per address and business permits are not eligible in all resident parking zones.
Owners of properties used as holiday lets or Airbnbs in a resident parking area who do not have a permit for their business, but who require a permit for their paying customers should create an account and selecting the user type as Business and Commercial and submit their proof of business rates at that address. This will be sent to Parking Services to review your application that can take up to 10 working days. Once your application has been approved Holiday let and Airbnb owners will then be able to apply for business parking permits.
Holiday let and Airbnb business permits can be issued as a digital permit or as a paper permit, depending on your preference. You're able to select a digital or paper permit on application.
Holiday let and Airbnb business permits will not be vehicle specific.
