Home condition surveys help us to understand how and where we can improve each home, so that you and future residents can benefit from better fittings and greater energy efficiency.
The information gathered will be used to:
- identify the need for any repairs
- plan how and when we need to improve your home
- inform future investment programmes
The survey will let us know about the condition of your home and how urgent any work might be. We'll aim do any work required with as little disruption as possible.
By letting us look inside your home, we'll be able to build a picture of its condition and how that can be improved. We'll look at:
- kitchens
- bathrooms
- windows and doors
- heating
- loft space (where applicable)
- how much energy your home uses
- how quickly your home loses heat
Any urgent work will be done right away in line with our repairs policy. Any non-urgent work will be booked into our 30-year investment plan.
