Checklist for telecommunication (prior notification) planning applications
1. Forms
For applications for Prior Notification of Proposed Development by Telecommunications code system operators, we encourage the use of the appropriate standard application form; however a written description of the proposed development is acceptable in accordance with Part 24 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995.

2. Plans
Original and three copies of all plans and drawings necessary to describe the subject of the application. All detailed drawings should include a scale bar where appropriate.
