Register of 'Fit and Proper Persons' to manage a caravan site
The Mobile Homes (Requirements for Manager of Site to be Fit and Proper Person) (England) Regulations 2020 prohibit the use of land as a residential mobile home site, unless we're satisfied that the owner of the site is a 'fit and proper person' to manage the site.
We provide a list owners (or managers) who have applied to be on our 'Register of Fit and Proper Persons to Manage a caravan site', as of October 2021.
