View your claim and letters online
You can register or log in to Citizen Access Benefits to view a summary of your Council Tax Support claim details, and letters associated with your claim, online.
View your claim summary
You'll need the following information to be able to register to access your claim summary online:
- name
- National Insurance Number
- date of birth
- postcode
- current claim number
You'll be emailed a key to be able to log in and view your claim details. This is to keep your personal details secure.
Once logged in you will be able to see everything associated with your claim assessment.
To view your claim summary online, choose the appropriate option in the ‘View your claim details’ section:
View your online letters
In order to view letters online you'll first need to register for the service. Once registered you'll receive an email with a link to log in and view any letters online.
Only letters generated from the point you sign up will be visible. You'll be able to log in and view these at any time in the future.
