Using HMO parking permits
This is a digital permit and no physical permit will be issued.
There's no need to display a permit in your vehicle; our Civil Enforcement Officers use number plate recognition to confirm if vehicles are covered by a valid permit.
HMO parking permits allow you to park in community (C) and guest house and multiple occupancy bays (GM) only. These bays will be clearly marked and signposted within your ResPark zone.
The permit can't be used in conjunction with any business activities relating to the registered address and can only be used by the permit holder, or a friend or family member visiting the property where the permit is registered.
Excluded zones
HMO parking permits are only allowed in certain ResPark zones.
If you live in an HMO in any of the following zones, you will not be eligible to apply for an HMO parking permit.
You can check which zone your address is in by searching the map of all ResPark zones using your address.
