Every year we send our tenant satisfaction survey to 5,000 randomly selected tenants, in order to gather your thoughts on our services.
We send links to the survey by text and email, others receive a copy in the post.
Tenant satisfaction survey results
The results from the survey are evaluated and used to inform our plans to improve services for our tenants.
You can find feedback on how Housing Services are performing by our Tenant Satisfaction Measures.
Some of the feedback is included in the Tenant and Leaseholder Annual Report, which is updated in winter each year.
