WST Website Update Request

Use this form to send a message to the Web Services Team (WST) so they can support you with a routine website update (see: galaxy site updates for more information, including how to make a 'non-routine' request, and what to do if something isn't working).

Depending on the nature of your request, Web Services Team aim to:

• respond within 2 working days
• take action within 5 working days of having all of the necessary information to complete each task

Routine requests which require a more complex response may take longer. For example, you must allow more time to work with WST while preparing accessible downloads, and plan a minimum of 10 to 15 working days for an eForm process to be designed, developed, tested and deployed.
