For new Housing Benefit claims, your letter will show:

• the amount of Housing Benefit/Council Tax Support you'll receive
• the date your claim started
• the income we've used to calculate the benefit you'll receive
• how and when you'll receive payment

For a change of circumstances relating to your Housing Benefit, your letter will show:

• the changes you've told us about
• the date the change took effect
• how much you'll now receive
