Apply for visitor parking permits
Log in to your Permit Portal account to purchase digital daily visitor parking permits for visitors to use in your ResPark zone, or any other permits which are available for your address.
You'll need a valid HMO authorisation permit or HMO parking permit before you begin, and you must pay for permits with a bank card at the time of application.
Each household with the relevant parking permit or proof of residence permit is entitled to an annual allocation of 200 daily visitor permits.
You will only be able to purchase 9 daily visitor permits per transaction. If you wish to purchase more than 9 permits, you will need to complete multiple transactions.
We use your Permit Portal account to check how many visitor permits you've been issued in a year.

Be aware that we're unable to process your application until we have all necessary information, so if you don't upload documents online, it could cause delays.
You'll be unable to park your vehicle until your application has been processed and a valid permit has been issued.
