Using landlord parking permits
This is a digital permit and no physical permit will be issued.
There's no need to display a permit in your vehicle; our Civil Enforcement Officers use number plate recognition to confirm if vehicles are covered by a valid permit.
The landlord permit allows you to park for up to 60 minutes longer in a ResPark zone than the local parking restrictions would normally allow.
For example:
- if non-permit holders are allowed to park for 10 minutes, you would be able to park for 70 minutes
- if non-permit holders are allowed to park for 60 minutes, you would be able to park for 120 minutes
