Waste containers for new housing developments

Housing developers should email us or telephone: 01904 551551 to:

• discuss their waste container requirements
• find out about container costs and get a quote
• find out what type of containers their properties are entitled to

Make sure you contact us at least 6 months before you need the bins to be delivered as we may need to order them in. You may need to make your own temporary waste collection arrangements if you leave it too late to order the bins in time for new residents moving in.

We may need to visit sites first to check there's:

• sufficient space on site for bin storage
• vehicle access for emptying bins

Waste containers for residents of new developments

Contact your developer if you've recently moved in to a new-build property and don't have any waste containers, to check whether they're included in your purchase price.

Order and buy your waste containers from us if they're not included.
