Supplementary planning documents (SPDs) provide more detailed advice or guidance on the policies in the new Local Plan. They should be read in conjunction with the Local Plan policies and will be used to determine planning applications.

These documents are classed as 'draft' as they have been prepared prior to the adoption of the new Local Plan, but approved as 'interim planning guidance' and form a material consideration in the planning application process.
