How we make information available
We will clearly indicate what information is covered by this scheme and how it can be obtained.
Where possible, we will provide information on a website. If it's not possible, or if you don't wish to access the information on a website, we will provide you with alternative ways to obtain the information.
In exceptional circumstances you may only be able to view some information in person. In this event, you can arrange an appointment to view the information within a reasonable timescale.
We will provide information in the language in which it is held or in an other language that is legally required. If we are legally required to translate any information, we will do so - see interpreting and translation.
When providing information in accordance with this scheme, we will follow our obligations under disability and discrimination legislation, and any other legislation to provide information in other forms and formats.
