Replacement lost or stolen bus pass

Lost bus passes

If you've lost your blind person's bus pass you don't need to reapply or provide any further supporting documents for a replacement to be issued.

Simply contact the Concessionary Bus Passes Team to request and pay for your replacement; the charge for replacing a lost bus pass is £12.50.


Stolen bus passes

If your blind person's bus pass has been stolen, contact the Concessionary Bus Passes Team.

We'll replaced you pass free of charge if you provide a valid police reference number.


Please allow 10 working days for your replacement bus pass application to be processed.

You'll need to pay for travel until you receive your replacement bus pass.
