Your support team will include managers and support workers. They will help you while you stay with us, and help you achieve any goals in your support plan.

Your support workers and managers are trained to offer you the best support they can. You might have special support needs and the staff looking after you will have special training to be ready to meet those needs.

We want you to build a positive relationship with your support workers: to get to know you, your strengths and needs, so they can provide support when you need it.

While you stay with us, you'll always have familiar people to support you. Very occasionally, staff sickness or emergency absence means this can’t happen. If this occurs, we'll try to provide you with someone you know and we'll always talk to you about this as soon as possible.
