York Carers Centre is the first point of contact for carers in York. The centre has an advice line that is open Monday to Friday, 9.30 am to 4.30pm, and on Wednesday evenings 5.00pm to 8.00pm.

Talking Points allow adults who either have difficulties themselves or who are caring for somebody else to have a conversation with a social worker in a relaxed community setting.
