Age Friendly York consultations
As part of the Age Friendly York project we work towards ensuring people can live fulfilling, healthy and active lives as they grow older. We do this by listening to the views and experience of people in York.
If you would like to make any suggestions on how to make York more Age Friendly, then we would like to hear from you - please share your experience.
This could be about:
- social opportunities
- getting out and about
- remaining independent
- access to information or services
Other Age Friendly related views are also welcome.
Share your experience
Have you had an experience recently in York, either positive or negative, that you would like to share with Age Friendly York?
We would like to hear your story. Stories can bring issues to life and help to influence change and positive experiences can inspire and help to recognise the difference peoples' actions can make.
You can also provide general feedback via:
- email: agefriendlyyork@york.gov.uk
- twitter: @AgeFriendlyYork.
- telephone: 01904 554595 (Carl Wain)
- In person at Age Friendly meetings and Happy To Chat café's (please contact Age Friendly team for details of upcoming meetings)
