We're excited to bring you the first online Tenant and Leaseholder Annual Report. We thought you'd like to know how Housing Services are delivering some of the actions in Our Housing Charter produced earlier in 2023.

There is also some information about housing performance and what your rent money is spent on.

This report lets you know about our performance and how satisfied you are with our services. It tells you how we are achieving the goals identified in Our Housing Charter.
