Our aims

- communication will be clear and honest
- we'll be clear about what is open to influence and what is not
- involvement will be at a stage to influence and shape decisions
- you'll be told how your involvement has made a difference
- where we haven’t been able to act on your views, we'll let you know and why

Governance of the Housing Engagement Strategy
The Director of Housing and Community Services, supported by Housing Senior Management Team, will have responsibility for ensuring this Strategy is delivered.
Our action plan
Each year of the period covered by this strategy we will develop an action plan to deliver the strategy.
Monitoring the Housing Engagement Strategy
This strategy will be monitored by the Tenant Scrutiny Panel and will be reviewed in 2027.
