We use a variety of ways to listen, communicate and engage with you.
We'll increase the ways you can tell us about our services by listening to how you want to be involved.
We'll achieve this by:
- developing communications plans
- developing additional web and social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram
- reviewing and consulting on this strategy to encourage you to get involved
We'll measure progress by:
- completing and sharing communication plans
- completing our review of the website and introducing new social media
- the number of you involved with our panels and customers volunteering to give feedback
