Housing Engagement Strategy: we think you
We use a variety of ways to listen, communicate and engage with you.
We'll increase the ways you can tell us about our services by listening to how you want to be involved.
We'll achieve this by:
- Developing communications plans.
- Communication with tenants is central to all new policies and procedures.
- Developing additional web and social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
- An Instagram account has been created. We share regular, relevant Facebook posts.
- Reviewing and consulting on this strategy to encourage you to get involved.
- This strategy will be reviewed with the Tenant Scrutiny Panel and Tenant Voice.
We'll measure progress by:
- Completing our review of the website and introducing new social media.
- Housing website review is underway. An Instagram account has been created.
- The number of you involved with our panels and customers volunteering to give feedback.
- Numbers of tenants involved in feedback to be monitored. Baseline taken in August 2024.
