Housing Engagement Strategy: we think community
We work and engage effectively and imaginatively with the community.
We'll achieve this by:
- ensuring this engagement action plan is reviewed and implemented
- involving you in the development of Home Improvement contracts
- refreshing the Tenant Satisfaction Survey in line with the Social Housing Regulation Act requirements
- reviewing your use of Open Housing customer portal
- increasing use of social media
- increasing the number of estate walkabouts that are undertaken and review the success of these as a method of engaging with you
We'll measure progress by:
- measuring progress against this action plan
- finding out the satisfaction with major work programmes
- looking at response rates to satisfaction surveys
- measuring greater take up and use of Open Housing customer portal
- measuring the number of followers, comments and use of different social media platforms
