We work and engage effectively and imaginatively with the community.
We'll achieve this by:
- Ensuring this Engagement Action Plan is reviewed and implemented.
- Engagement Action Plan to be reviewed in Autumn 2025.
- Involving you in the development of Home Improvement contracts.
- When the contract is due to be renewed.
- Refreshing the Tenant Satisfaction Survey in line with the Social Housing Regulation Act requirements.
- Tenant Satisfaction Survey to be sent in Autumn 2024. The survey will be reviewed prior to sending.
- Reviewing your use of Open Housing customer portal.
- We will promote Open Housing through Open Door.
- Increasing use of social media.
- Create interesting, informative posts, to be promoted through Open Door.
- Increasing the number of estate walkabouts that are undertaken and review the success of these as a method of engaging with you.
- 2 pilot estate walkabouts have been undertaken, with a plan being produced to roll these out across the city.
We'll measure progress by:
- Finding out the satisfaction with major work programmes.
- Data to be collected monthly.
- Looking at response rates to satisfaction surveys.
- Data to be collected monthly.
- Measuring greater take up and use of Open Housing customer portal.
- The baseline figure, taken in August 2024, was 3,297.
- Measuring the number of followers, comments and use of different social media platforms.
- The baseline figures taken in August 2024, were 610 Facebook followers and 26 Instagram followers.
