Housing Engagement Strategy: we think home
We think that homes are more than bricks and mortar: We listen and work with you to make your house a home.
We'll achieve this by:
- Using your feedback to inform our procurement of major work contractors.
- Monthly satisfaction survey issued to tenants who have experienced major work. This will be taken into consideration when the contracts are to be renewed.
We'll measure this by:
- Creating a better level of satisfaction with our major work contractors.
- Monitoring satisfaction levels and comments received. Ensuring these are considered by the Investment Manager.
We provide accessible information, tailored and flexible support to enable you to thrive in your home.
We'll achieve this by:
- Providing up to date information on our housing webpages.
- A review of housing web pages is underway.
- Establishing new social media platforms to connect with you and share information.
- An Instagram account has been created. Our Facebook page is widely promoted.
We'll measure this by:
- Feedback from you.
- Through all Housing Officers, our "You Said, We Did" Tenant and leaseholder feedback web page, through surveys.
- Increasing use of our web pages.
- A review of housing web pages is underway.
- Introducing new social media, such as Instagram and encouraging more followers to our Facebook page.
- An Instagram account has been created. Our Facebook page is widely promoted.
